About

Omega is a fully dynamic, lightweight, and modular IRC Security service package, with features such as dynamic configuration IP/DNSBL, OPM, etc. Allowing a Network administrator to update configuration, load modules and manage your network security with no downtime.

While we aim to keep Omega lightweight, and flexible not only, as a security service, but as a complete package for your IRC needs. We stick to our most important philosophy which is giving our users a peace of mind, and cutting edge services to aid in their IRC Network Security.

Omega is available in a couple different flavors: Stable, Trunk, and Development. Our Stable branch has been proven to be tride and true after months and months of testing, were as the Trunk and Development version get new features added constantly and allows you to enjoy the future of IRC Security today, as well as the benifits of being currently developed. To get a copy of omega through our SVN you simply type the following command svn co http://svn.omega-services.org/omegairc/trunk trunk

On the other hand, if you dont have SVN, or it isnt the right choice for you, and still would like to download Omega you can download a copy from our nightly snapshots, by following the link located in our navigation bar. If none of the choices above are the right pick for you, simply follow our release link located in our navigation bar, to download one of our release candidates.
